End of School Year BBQ, 2009 

This month saw the ANZUK academic year end BBQ take place in Acton Town. The weather was fabulous, which contributed to a great turn out.

There was plenty of food, drink and fun in the sun. Egg and Spoon races, Wheel Barrow races and Three Legged races were all part of the evening and all who took part had a blast (and luckily no-one was injured other than a few minor scrapes!) A great venue at the sports club gave us a chance to have a run around and most even got involved with a little mixed football as well.

Thanks to all that attended, these social events are an important service that ANZUK can provide as it allows us to maintain a strong personal relationship with our teachers which enables us to know them better and find the most suitable placements possible! It also serves as a meeting place for teachers to meet like minded people and share experiences.  

We hope to see you all at our next event in the 2009-2010 Academic year.
